Never underestimate the importance of the bathroom’s decor. 1) Look into glass shower enclosures. Glass adds sophistication to any room, but it is an especially beautiful bathroom addition. Bathrooms tend to be on the smaller side. If you opt for large set of glass doors, your bathroom will feel more open. It certainly looks much better than a plastic shower curtain!

2) A traditional bathroom vanity with a modern twist. Manufactures build vanities in all shapes, sizes, and styles. Since the vanity is the focal part of any bathroom, it is better to purchase something that can work with several different tastes. Aim for a wood vanity with a stone or tile countertop. Stick to neutral colors or the natural color of the wood. Avoid colorful sinks; keep your style simple but classic and make sure to match your shower stall!

3) A large mirror. A mirror brings about the same effect as a glass shower enclosure. It opens up a small room, making is seem much larger than it actually is. If you pair a beveled mirror with the appropriate dimming lights, you have created the perfect bathroom set-up. The lights can be adjusted for normal use or for make-up application. With luxurious shower kits or bathtubs, and a fabulous mirror, you will feel like your bathroom is giving you the star treatment!

4) Bring in your changing tastes and style over the years with different non-permanent decorations.  These items are the decorative tiles, the bathroom rugs, and the wall hangings. The elegant decor that you have already established is the perfect backdrop for wherever your tastes take you in the future.
